Hi all, Thanks for stopping by! This blog is an attempt to revive my long-lost passion for writing and strength training. Though I had been sporadically lifting weights since 2016; I did not progress as I would have explicitly liked because of: Lack of a goal-specific program Inability to follow a rigorous diet and recovery routine Nonetheless, I built a half-decent physique, squatted ~1.5x body weight by 2018, and almost hit the intermediate lifting standards. Life completed a full circle- as I stopped going to the gym to pursue higher studies. Subsequently, the COVID outbreak occurred. I have started training again after a long while and will be posting here to somehow keep myself accountable and consistent. PS - Kindly forgive my rusty writing skills. Jai Bajrangbali!
